Delucchi Hawn & Co, LLP, Certified Public Accountants are proud to announce that Peter J. Malutta, CPA has been admitted as a partner. Mr. Malutta has 13 years of experience in auditing and tax preparation services. He leads the company’s audit department and specializes in nonprofit organizations, technology, construction, and real estate development.
“Peter has been instrumental in the growth of our audit department and we are excited to have him join the partnership” says Managing Partner Nick Streit. “He is a great asset as we strive to assist our clients’ prosperity in today’s challenging environment.”
Mr. Malutta has been a part of the Delucchi Hawn & Co. team since 1999. He started as a staff accountant and was rapidly promoted to manager. Three years prior to that, he entered public accounting with Pon & Stiff, CPA's. He currently serves on the Mission City Community Fund Board and served on the City of San Jose’s Audit and Finance Committee from 2004 – 2007.

Mr. Malutta is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a Business Administration degree and Bellarmine College Preparatory of San Jose. An avid Sharks fan, he lives in the Rose Garden with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Matthew.
